At Eleventh Avenue, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you find yourself needing to return or replace a product, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item does not fall into the categories below, as these are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Body or Skincare products.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
Please refrain from sending your purchases back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, incorrect or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or customer / client error.
Refunds
- If deemed reasonable for return, and upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll send you an email notification of receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank as there’s often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. For exchanges, send us an email.
Gifts
- If the item is deemed returnable and it was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning more expensive items, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
